Dr Gerald Peter Müller-Machwirth
Career
Dr Gerald Peter Müller is Partner at ADVANT Beiten in Frankfurt and member of the Labour Law practice group. He assists companies in different industrial areas in all matters of labour and employment law and represents his clients in court hearings. His areas of special expertise include the law of temporary agency work and the law of employees‘ inventions. Dr Müller is regularly included in the processes of restructuring companies and the acquisition of companies, frequently advising foreign clients.
Dr Müller studied law at the Universities of Trier, Sheffield (U.K.) and Cologne (second state examination 2007, Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, Dr. iur 2007). He has been specifically trained in terminology and the fundamentals of the Anglo-American legal system at the Universities of Trier and Sheffield. In 2008, Dr Müller was admitted to the German Bar and has been exclusively working on labour and employment law matters ever since. He started his legal career at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft in Cologne and joined ADVANT Beiten‘s Berlin office in 2010. Dr Müller became Partner in 2013. Furthermore he is lecturing at the Berlin School of Economics and Law on selected topics of labor law.
