“Financial Transactions in Ukraine: the Basics” is an accessible resource that gives information about a highly regulated part of the Ukrainian economy.
The Ukrainian banking and finance regulatory framework is still developing, thus the leg­islation surrounding it is not always consistent. The Ukrainian capital market has a rather piecemeal legal environment which has only been integrated with foreign financial mar­kets to a limited extent.
