Dr. Guido Krüger is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT’s Dusseldorf office and Co-Head of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice group. His area of activity comprises restructuring, mergers and acquisitions as well as consulting on trusts, corporate succession and tax law. He particularly advises his national and international clients on balance sheet restructuring, corporate and tax issues and on mergers and acquisitions processes.

Dr. Guido Krüger studied law and business economics at the Universities of Kiel and Geneva and was admitted to the German Bar in 1988 (licensed specialist for tax law 1996). In 1990, he set up his own business; last he founded the law firm Krüger Putz von Döllen. Before becoming Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT, he was a partner at Taylor Wessing. He has been working with BEITEN BURKHARDT since 2003 and became Partner in 2003.
