The China Construction Practice Group has been involved in several major construction projects in China.
We advise on the preparation and negotiation of the necessary documents including:
- Building contracts
- Engineering contracts
- Pre-contractual tender documents and letters of intent
- Master contracts and sub-contracts, whether based on standard forms (e.g. FIDIC) or on negotiated non-standard forms specific to the project
- Collateral guarantees, performance bonds
